I love pies. I love making the crust. I love creating the unique combinations of special ingredients that go inside. And, I love the smell of a pie coming out of the oven. It is just love in a pie plate! I started this journey to make people happy and I have found that I cherish the joy that a fresh pie brings to friends and family.

I work tirelessly to source the freshest ingredients so that every bite tastes farm to table fabulous. I begin with my award-winning pie crust and then the magic happens.

I also love naming my pies. There is a story behind each pie and most are attributed to the people who have loved and supported me throughout my life.
